The devs have already stated what the differences will be between current gen consoles and next gen ones. Anyone who'd like to know, just google it.

It would be awkward with a keyboard/mouse for PS4/Xbox One whatsoever. Why not do it more simple? Like, cross-play just between PS4 & Xbox One. I think it would be simpler and more even for players of each console.
Kiefer has enough voice acting experience (e.g. CoD: World at War). In comparison with the number of the movies and TV shows he's done, of course, voice acting isn't actually his field.
